A note from Terry

Dear all: I had to leave early today and will not be able to help you with the computations you may need regarding the structural collapse. Sorry about that. However, I made a few analyses under unit load that I thought may be of some use and would save you time in case you need it.

Since I did not know exactly what you have in mind, I run cases with supports A and I fixed, and other cases with support A fixed and support I pin.

Jill (my office mate) said that you might also need cases with fewer members, so I eliminated member DE in one case, member LM in another case. You will find the results of each member easily. Jill also suggested I should run the isostatic case by eliminating some of the diagonal members, and I did that too.
